Day Camp Registration is open!

Discover and learn in the mountains of Western North Carolina this summer! Mountain Roots offers fun and educational day camp adventures for preschool and elementary-aged campers. Both of our camps are focused on the outdoors and connecting campers to each other, their community, and the natural environment.

2027 Day Camp Sessions

  • June 14-17– Forest Camp (Day Camp Session 1) & Ramblers Backpacking Camp-Pisgah National Forest (No Preschool Camp) (4-day week Mon-Thurs)

  • June 21-25–Day Camp Session 2– Brevard College

  • June 28-July 2–Day Camp Session 3– Brevard College 

  • July 5-8– Day Camp Session 4 (4-day week-Mon-Thurs) -- Brevard College

  • July 12-16- Day Camp Session 5 – FernLeaf Community Charter School

  • July 19-23–Day Camp Session 6– FernLeaf Community Charter School

  • July 26-29–Day Camp Session 7 (4-day week-Mon-Thurs) – FernLeaf Community Charter School on Monday-Wednesday, Thursday full-camp forest day
